Personalized Play Experiences
With every boarding stay, dogs are thoughtfully matched for group play based on size, temperament, and play style to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Play takes place in spacious indoor and outdoor yards featuring paw-friendly turf, play structures, shade, water stations, raised beds for rest breaks, and webcams so you can check in on the fun.
For guests who prefer their own space or are not suited for group settings, we also offer individualized play sessions with our Pet Pros. At select locations, dogs can also enjoy outdoor play areas and water-based activities for even more tail-wagging fun! Explore the play experiences available to your dog during their stay:
Group Play:
For our social butterflies, enjoy Half or All Day Play that includes up to 8 hours of fun in our top-of-the-line indoor and outdoor play yards, complete with water features, turf, shade, and plenty of places to play and rest. All playgroups are supervised by a trained Group Play Supervisor who helps ensure every guest stays safe while having lots of fun. Dogs must be spayed or neutered and pass an evaluation to participate in group play.
Individual Play:
Not every dog wants to spend their day in a group setting, and that's okay. For our more people-oriented, independent, senior, or selective guests, we offer one-on-one play sessions with our experienced Pet Pros. Whether your dog enjoys a game of fetch, extra cuddles, leisurely walks, enrichment activities, or simply dedicated attention, we'll tailor their time to match their personality, comfort level, and energy. We tailor each session to your dog’s personality, comfort level and energy because every dog deserves a day designed just for them.
Puppy Preschool:
Designed specifically for growing pups, Puppy Preschool provides a safe and engaging environment where puppies ages 3 to 6 months can learn, explore, and build confidence during their stay. Through age-appropriate play, supervised socialization, positive interactions, and plenty of rest breaks, puppies are introduced to new experiences in a way that's fun and comfortable. All puppies between 3 and 6 months of age are automatically enrolled in Puppy Preschool to help set the foundation for a lifetime of positive social experiences.

Enrichment Activities
Designed to provide personalized attention, mental stimulation and meaningful engagement, enrichment helps keep pets happy, engaged, and fulfilled throughout their stay! Enrichment experiences may include:
Sensory & Exploration Activities - Opportunities to sniff, search, explore, and engage with different textures, scents, and environments.
Interactive Play - Engaging play experiences designed around a pet's interests and natural behaviors, such as chasing, retrieving, or playing with interactive toys.
Mental Enrichment - Activities that encourage problem-solving and focus, including puzzles, food-based enrichment, and games that challenge pets to work toward a reward.

Return to a Freshly Groomed Pet
Why schedule a separate grooming appointment? Add grooming services to your pet's stay and let our experienced team take care of everything. From refreshing baths and nail trims to full-service grooming, we'll have your pet looking, feeling, and smelling their best before heading home. It's the perfect way to save time while treating your pet to a little extra pampering.

“I boarded my senior dog here over the weekend. He does not normally do well in boarding situations. He’s also not dog friendly. He was so happy at PetSuites! He was relaxed, had a good time, and was not stressed at all.”
- Tina, PetSuites Charlotte Airport Customer
"PetSuites has become my go-to place to board my dogs and my cat. Both of my huskies had been mostly anti-social but PetSuites were able to get them out of that shell. They love coming here to see their favorite hoomans 💕☺️"
- Viomarie, PetSuites Sugar Land Customer
"I was nervous about leaving our anxious dog while we were on vacation for a week, but the staff at PetSuites were great. They answered my questions via text, and I was able to check in on Alani on the cameras during group playtime.”
- Stephanie, PetSuites Sharonville Customer
Dog Boarding FAQs
What vaccinations and requirements does my dog need for boarding?
Dogs boarding at PetSuites must be at least 12 weeks old and have current Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella and Canine Influenza vaccinations administered by a licensed veterinarian. Puppy requirements may vary based on age, so please contact your local resort before booking.
Dogs 7 months and older must be spayed or neutered to participate in Group Play. Dogs who are unaltered or not suited for group settings may still board and participate in available Individual Play or enrichment options.
What should I bring for my dog's boarding stay?
Please bring:
Your dog's vaccination records
Your dog's regular food, pre-portioned for the length of their stay
Any necessary medications and care instructions
Emergency contact information
Personal comfort items such as beds, blankets, or chew toys
Please leave glass, ceramic, and cherished or irreplaceable items at home.
If you forget your dog's food, PetSuites offers Purina Pro Plan at every location to help ensure your pet continues receiving high-quality nutrition during their stay.
Clean, sanitized bowls are also provided, so there's no need to pack your own unless your dog uses a slow-feeder or another specialized feeding bowl.
What will my dog’s day look like while boarding?
Every day at PetSuites is designed to balance activity, personalized care, and plenty of rest. A typical boarding day may include meals, fresh water, potty breaks, rest time, attention from our trained Pet Pros, and a variety of play and enrichment opportunities.
Depending on your dog's temperament, age, eligibility, selected services, and location, activities may include supervised group play, individual play sessions, Puppy Preschool, and other enrichment experiences designed to keep dogs active and engaged during their stay.
Dogs 7 months and older must be spayed or neutered to participate in group play. Alternative activity options are available for dogs who are not eligible for group play.
How can I prepare my dog for their first boarding stay?
Many first-time boarding guests adjust well to PetSuites. To help your dog prepare for their stay, consider scheduling a daycare visit or shorter introductory stay before a longer reservation. This allows them to become familiar with the resort, our Pet Pros, and the daily routine.
Eligible new guests can also take advantage of our First Stay & Play Free offer, which includes a complimentary overnight stay and daycare evaluation so your dog can experience PetSuites before a longer visit. For added peace of mind, our team is experienced in welcoming first-time guests and helping them settle into their stay.
Can PetSuites give my dog medication during their stay?
Yes. Our Pet Pros can administer most medications at no additional charge. However, PetSuites is unable to administer injections.
Bring any necessary medications with you at check-in and provide your local resort with instructions for your dog's care. If you have questions about a particular medication or special need, contact your PetSuites location before your stay.
What happens if my dog gets sick or injured while boarding?
At PetSuites, our goal is to provide a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment for every guest. If your dog needs veterinary care during their stay, our team will first try to consult with your pet's primary veterinarian. If your veterinarian is unavailable, we work with trusted local veterinary partners to help ensure your dog receives the care they need.
To provide additional peace of mind, every guest is automatically enrolled in our PetSuites Health Care Commitment Program, which is designed to assist pet parents in the event of a qualifying incident related to their pet's visit. Contact your local resort for complete program details and eligibility requirements.
Can I tour PetSuites before booking my dog's stay?
Absolutely! We welcome prospective pet parents to tour their local PetSuites, meet our team, see the accommodations, and ask questions before booking. No appointment is required. For the best tour experience, we recommend avoiding our busiest check-in and pick-up periods, typically 6:30–8 a.m. and 5–7 p.m.
